Here's a photo of John Zacherle, the Cool Ghoul. John played the character of "Roland" on WCAU-TV's "Shock Theater" during 1957 and 1958. It was at that same time he recorded his Top Ten hit, "Dinner with Drac" which you can hear right here on Cruisin' 92.1, WVLT.
In the above photo, you can see John Zacherle holding two pictures from 1958 when the TV station invited the audience to come to the broadcast facility and meet John Zacherele. 12,000 people showed up.
