Here's a photo sent to us by Mel Taylor of Taylor-Made Multimedia. It was taken in January of 1974 on South 2nd Street in South Philly. After the regular Mummers Parade in Center City, most of the clubs then march down South 2nd, lovingly called 2 Street. The picture was taken at the 2 Street Parade.
On the left is Ron Joseph (RJ) and on the right is Frank Rizzo, Mayor of the City of Philadelphia at that time.
